AHD has been helping people in need of safe drinking water and promoting Nadi filter technology at the international level since 2019. AHD, in this connection, has helped the local artisans prepare local pots and avail options to their local people to install Nadi filters for access to safe and clean drinking water in their own countries. AHD has developed links to international donors as well to promote Nadi Filter for safe drinking water in overall Africa. During July 2022, AHD approved a joint project joint with Farm Community Trust Zimbabwe (FCTZ) and Welthungerhilfe (WHH) Zimbabwe for the installation of 400 Nadi Filter model units in Zimbabwe.
AHD Pakistan started the Nadi Filter project in Zimbabwe in September 2022 and trained 20 women artisans in both districts, Chegutu and Mt. Darwin, with joint cooperation from FCTZ Harare.
